Facing a long subscription sales cycle and inefficient lead generation process, I led the revamp of their marketing operations and client acquisition strategy. I used a systemic, analytical approach to optimize all marketing channels workflows, drastically improving acquisition funnels and brand engagement.

In 2024, I pivoted to providing freelancing and consulting services.
I handled companies struggling with lead generation, sales conversion, tying marketing spend to revenue (attribution), misaligned Sales-Marketing processes, and reporting gaps. I executed MarTech & CRM Strategies focused on full-funnel clarity and conversion. Key initiatives included optimizing websites, landing pages, paid ads, implementing remarketing strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, standardizing the data models for accurate reporting, mapping advanced lead processes to enable Sales, and designing segmentation frameworks for scalable personalization.
